The Worxshop Athens — Automated Lead Generation System
We built a custom lead generation system for The Worxshop, a coworking space in Athens, GA — automatically finding and reaching potential members across social media and Google.
The Problem
Finding new members for a coworking space means constantly prospecting — searching Instagram, Facebook, and Google for freelancers, small business owners, and remote workers who might need a workspace. Doing this by hand takes hours and the outreach is inconsistent.
What We Built
We created a custom internal lead generation system that automatically:
- Finds potential clients across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business profiles based on criteria that match the Worxshop’s ideal members
- Qualifies the leads — filtering out people who aren’t a good fit
- Sends personalized outreach emails to introduce the space and invite them to check it out

The whole pipeline runs on its own. The Worxshop team wakes up to new leads in their inbox instead of spending hours hunting for them.
